Tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you tapped before the problem. A screenshot helps. Please never send your provider password.
Drive-In is a player. It doesn't include or sell channels. A source is where your channels come from — a playlist link or an Xtream login from your TV provider.
Your TV provider gives you a playlist link or an Xtream login. Videos on your iPhone play without a source — use “Play a video from Files” or “from Photos”.
Open the link in Safari. A playlist shows text starting with #EXTM3U, or downloads a file. Make sure you copied the whole link.
Drive-In hides channels that failed to play recently. Open a group and tap “Show them” to see everything, or turn off Settings → Hide channels that don't play.
Try another channel first. If only one fails, the provider may be down. If many fail, check your internet — and your plan may allow only one device at a time.
In Settings → Player, choose Backup player. Play the channel, tap the wave button, and move the slider until voices match lips. Drive-In remembers it for that channel. Sound delay is part of Drive-In Pro.
Playlists (M3U, M3U8), Xtream, HLS and HTTP streams, and video files including MKV and HEVC. Streams Apple's player can't open switch to the backup player automatically.
Where your car supports Apple's video in the car, use the AirPlay button while parked. We're working on more car features.
Open Settings → Drive-In Pro and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
